Payment is processed securely by Stripe. The amount is due when you place the order; with SEPA direct debit we ship once the payment is confirmed. All prices are in euros – your payment provider may convert to your currency.
Returns
You can withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it – fastest via the “Withdraw from contract” button in the footer of every page. You bear the cost of the return shipment. Everything else is in the instructions on withdrawal.
