What are the shirts made of?

100 % ring-spun cotton, 6.1 oz/yd² (approx. 207 g/m²), heavyweight. That is the heavy kind of tee – dense, soft and with some body to it, not the thin kind you can see through.

Garment dyed: dyed after sewing, then soft-washed – no stiff brand-new feel. Double-needle hem and sleeves, taped neck. Water-based print that goes into the fibre, design on the front.

How do they fit – are they unisex?

Relaxed fit, unisex, relaxed through the body and the sleeves, sizes S up to 4XL – not every colour comes in every size; the size picker on the product page shows what can be ordered.

Many women take one size down from their usual unisex size for a regular fit, or their usual size for the boxy look. Between sizes and you like it roomy? Size up.

Which size should I order?

Measure a tee you like: chest width laid flat from armpit to armpit, and length from the highest point of the shoulder to the hem. Then compare with the chart (chest × length, in centimetres):

Where is the design, and how does the print hold up?

The design sits on the front and nothing on the back. The print is made with water-based inks that go into the fibre instead of sitting on top of it as a plastic layer, so it stays soft and is made to be washed for years. Wash inside out and it keeps its edges.

How do I wash it?

Wash inside out at 30 °C, do not bleach, do not tumble dry, do not iron the print.

Garment-dyed cotton looks slightly lived-in from day one and settles a touch more over the first washes – that is the look, not a fault. Skipping the tumble dryer keeps the fit.

How long does delivery take?

Handling takes 3–10 business days, then your parcel is on its way with tracking. Total from order to door – EU: 5–18 business days · US: 6–18 business days · elsewhere: 8–26 business days.

You get an e-mail with the tracking link the moment the parcel ships.

Is shipping free?

Shipping is free to the EU & the US, with tracking. Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland: €9.90 per order plus €1.00 per additional shirt. Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Hong Kong SAR China, India, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Türkiye, United Arab Emirates: €9.90 per order plus €4.00 per additional shirt.

Apart from the shipping shown above, nothing is added at the checkout – no VAT, no fees, no surprises.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to 53 countries in 5 zones – all of the EU, the United States and a long list of other destinations. The full list is in the country picker at the checkout and on the shipping page.

Outside the EU customs union, import duties or import VAT may apply on arrival; the carrier collects them and they are not included in our price. Parcels to Germany and the rest of the EU have none.

Can I return a shirt or swap a size?

Yes. Try it on as you would in a shop. You can withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it – fastest via the “Withdraw from contract” button in the footer of every page. We refund the price and the standard shipping you paid; only the return postage is on you.

How can I pay?

Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay, SEPA direct debit. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see your card details. Prices are in euros – your bank or card converts if needed.

Are the designs hand-drawn – and are they limited?

Every design is drawn by hand for one colour world, in the spirit of the 1967 San Francisco gig posters. There is no seasonal collection and no hundred variations: three designs, a few shirt colours each, and a design is finished when it is finished.

Who is behind MAD EEL?
